Olivier Dubreuil

Born near Bordeaux, Chef Olivier Dubreuil discovered his passion for cooking early and went on to build an international career leading the culinary operations of iconic Las Vegas resorts, including Paris Las Vegas and the Venetian Palazzo. A respected member of prestigious French culinary institutions and known for his people-focused leadership, he now dedicates his expertise to Dubreuil Culinary Consulting, La Maison des Chefs, and new culinary ventures.

Laurent Manrique

Raised in the Gascon village of Roques, Chef Laurent Manrique discovered his passion for cooking alongside his grandmother before training under renowned master chefs in France and launching an acclaimed international career in Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco. A Michelin-starred chef, Bon Appétit Rising Star, and member of the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, he has led and founded celebrated restaurants on both coasts and abroad, and today brings his experience and vision to Las Rosadas Ocean Club in Mexico.
